Allow "Replace" multiple times

Often there is a block of code in which I want to make multiple replacements, so I highlight it and choose "Replace". Once I've made one replacement, the block of code is no longer highlighted, so I have to start again. This is particularly cumbersome when the block of code is very large or I want to make lots of replacements.
