Build file unconditionally

It would be nice (and I think simple to do) to have a 'Build file' icon: for unconditionally build the actual file, or at least the Build file function with right click in File Manager would be unconditional, now one cannot recompile a file (e.g. for listing the warnings) only after changing it.

There is a context menu "build file" when you right click in the project manager panel. So, I think this feature already exists.
