easier text selection

It would be good if in editor the text selection function has the features: Shift + arrow: modify selection, Shift + End: select from cursor to the EOL,

in right click menu the Cut-Copy-Paste function would be on top level, not in Edit submenu, e.g. insted of Find declaration / implementation

(like in KWrite 4.4.5)

Later I realized that the problem with the keyboard selection is that the functionality of the Numlock button is the opposite to the one in KWrite, so is there a possibility to change this behaviour?

This feature already exists, I can use those short-cut keys.

We have too many context menu entries, move those to the top level will make more entries.

You can use the Keyboard Shortcut plugin to change the hot keys.
