debugging without projects

Add possibility to debug individual open .c files without the need to put the file inside a project. (This will only save a few clicks per .c file. But, it will be helpful if someone works with many small c programs like students learning beginner programming. For beginners, opening projects is somewhat unintuitive operation, so for them IDE will seem more user friendly.)
