move line up and down

Hello,

I would love if you included a possibility to move a 
line of code up and down via shortcut:

For example like in Notepad++
Ctrl + Shift + UP:         moves line one row up
Ctrl + Shift + DOWN:           "            down

The copy&paste alternative takes much more time.
