Header and source files mixed
CB forces to display files organised in a fixed way: sources separated from headers. I think this is a question of personal taste and every organisation has its advantages and dis-advantages. CB should give freedom to the user to choose.

In fact, CB gives the user this freedom: if you open 'Project'->'Project tree'->'Edit file types & categories', you can specify what file types you want to have grouped into the different categories. I am sure you will find a solution that fits into your scenario.
