A menu editor

It would be a great convenience to have a menu editor similar to the one in VS 6.0. You can start a dialog that can move up, down, left and right menuItems and menues. I know this is a difficult task but it will greatly improve RAD as menus are essential part of any GUI program.

If you don't have the time for this at least consider a dialog for wxMenu where I can add and reorder wxFileMenus.
