install of local devpaks
dear CB developers,
i'd like to install devpaks from local my directory i was looking for that feature in CB, but could not find it (devcpp package manager can do that)
i want to use CB for programming tutorials and provide some small packages to my students (not useful for a broader audience)
would nice to have that (and probably should not be too much work)
