portable version
I would like to have a start parameter like -portable. Purpose is to have all files inside the same directory for usb stick or usb harddrive.

This should work without problems (it worked 6 months ago when I last tried).
If Code::Blocks finds a configuration file in the application's folder, it will not save it's config in the home directory. Copy your config file into your app's folder on the USB stick, and you're set.
Closing this ticket for now, feel free to re-open it if it does not work for you (description of problem welcome in this case).
