Include full Doxygen support

Hi! I miss a full doxgen support in CB. The Highlighting is including a special doxigen highlight for C and C++. But what I miss is, that I click somewhere or hit a key an then there is an automated call to doxygen and the documentation is created.

At the moment I have to start doxygen by Hand. And search the right config file between many of them.

It would be a great help if it were possible to implement a "doxygen target".
