Wizard for dialog based project

Hello,

Do you think it would be possible to add a wizard with which we could simply create a simple dialog based project (main.cpp, main.h and main.rc files) with only two buttons (OK and CANCEL)

It would be great for people like me who often use this type of project. I really hope it will be add in a next nightly build.
