User specific startup scripts

Hi C::B team,

Do you think it will be possible to relocate 'startup.script' to %APPDATA%\codeblocks?

This way if anyone has customized the script it's not lost when moving to the latest nightly. This would also allow users on the PC to have seperate startup scripts.

Alternatively there could be a userstartup.script in %APPDATA%\codeblocks.
