Line wrap guides restricted to 100

I previously posted this as a bug report (8052), which didn't go down too well. Apologies for that.

I am using Windows 2000 Pro, SP4. Codeblocks version 1.0rc2

In the bug report I probably used incorrect terminology. "Gutter" was used, where I really meant "line wrap-guide". That said, "Gutter" is used in the Code::blocks GUI (settings->editor->gutter tab) so make what you will of that.

Anyway, the wrap-guide is restricted to 100 characters. I like to the line-wrap-guide to be at 120. But the fact that there is a fixed limit seems somewhat strange to me, personally.

Again, apologies for my part in the confusion with terminology and reporting this as a bug and not a feature request.
