Open files list icons

The icons shown in the open files list should use the same icons as in used in the project manager pane. (normal, modified, read-only, ... )

actual implemented behaviour (svn rev 2546 at the time of writing) if you have read-only marked files, the icons of those files in the project manager show a closed lock, the icons of those files in the open files list actually show a normal file symbol.
