User configurable hotkeys

Allow the user to map key (and mouse) press combinations to actions. The "shortcuts" system used by jEdit is fairly good, as a reference.

This ftr is present as a plugin. The plugin is called cbKeyBinder IIRC. Get a nightly from here.

This feature already exists, at least in the SVN version. Thank you.
