Open start with current file's directory
When the user has a file open and Ctrl+O is used to open another file, the file chooser dialog should start in the same dir that the current active file is in.

Bad idea. The OS should decide where the Open dlg starts at. All the apps I know of inlcuding C::B do this. It should stay that way.
