Support for D language
1. Full support for the D language (and respective compilers DMD, Cygwin GCC & MingGW) and maybe the rest languages offered by MinGW.
2. Next released version with a built-in MinGW compiler collection to include full D language support as well (GDC and GDB support for D too).
3. An option to select the respective to be used when starting a new project.
4. Save project button on the toolbar.

1. Support is already there and will be improved. 2. *If* a package containing a compiler is released (which might not be the case), it will only be for C++. Sorry. The instructions to setup other compilers will be updated though. 3. Already there. 4. Please separate feature requests by context.
