Only one new compiler settings possible
I created two copy of Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 compiler settings with different parameters. After restarting the IDE the second compiler settings lost.

I can't confirm with.
Version 1.0 revision 2278 (gcc 3.4.4 Windows/unicode, build: Mar 30 2006 13:09:26)
Try a nightly from here. Lots, and lots of bugs have been fixed. :D

But works fine.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
