Silent install on Windows Vista not work

I try to install CodeBlock wint silent install:

codeblocks.exe /S

on Windows Vista Business x32, and the instalation is interrupted without any message.

When I execute the command (in cmd with administrator rights) apear the codeblocks logo (I don't thing that is normal in silent mode), and that's it, the codeblocks didn't installed.

I try to install with puppet, in a school on 90 stations, and in puppet I got the same results.
