Set programs' arguments + multiple targets
Changing arguments for one target requires clicking "Ok" and reopening the window.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to: Project->Set programs' arguments
2. Change the arguments, do not click "Ok"
3. Switch target (select another on the list or even click the same one)
Arguments in the previous target weren't stored and got restored to their original value.
