Ctrl-Alt shortcuts block special characters on some keyboard
The default shortcuts with Ctrl+Alt+Letter are also activated when AltGr+Letter is pressed. This is bad, as some keyboard layouts have special meaning for that, e.g. in the Hungarian, Czech and Slovak layouts AltGr+B is the opening curly brace { but under Code::Blocks 12.11 it activates the block comment functions.
My recommendation would be reconsidering these shortcuts or (it they stay in the program) allowing an easy option to turn them out.
No IDE I know has Ctrl+Alt+Letter shortcuts, this localization issue may be the reason.
