It doesn't compile

I'm not an expert on this .. but i'm using Code::Blocks in classe .. i have formated my C:// disk and re-installed Code::Blocks for windows (i have tried both releases) but when i press F9 (or click compile) it doesn't do anything .. the plug-ins are installed and every thing ..

what's wrong ??

"file name- Release" uses an invalid compiler. Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! Skipping...

Make sure the compiler you want use is installed and the settings in "Settings -> Vompiler and debugger -> Toolchain executables are correct", you can try to autodetect the compiler.

If it does not work, set it manually.
