Mingw with codeblock installer
I had a bug with cmake because the installer of CodeBlocks (Windows) don't register the path of MinGW in the environnement variable PATH.

This is not a bug, and the mis-usage of your cmake.
In-fact, even you did not add the mingw/bin path to PATH variable, you can still choose then as the compiler suite under cmake GUI.
