the dialogbox size is minimized when opened
When I open a dialog box in Code::Blocks, such as open a file, search for a string, or the settings, it is minimized in size that I can only see the title bar of the dialog box.
The size can be changed with mouse.

I saw this to a worse degree.
Running Windows 7 Home Premium.
Some dialogs opened minimized.
Others, for instance, Settings->Environment... don't open a dialog at all. Actually, it seemed to open a dialog, but it was not visible. The environment wouldn't accept any input until I pressed the Escape key, to close the invisible dialog. I turned multiple monitors off and it still occured.
Closing and re-opening Codeblocks seems to have cleared up the problem. Strange.
