Multiple Instances Failure
Although I have ticked off the "allow only one instance" at Settings>Environment>General Setting, I can't have more than one C::B instance. When I fire the next instance, all that happens is that the focus of my Windows goes to the instance of C::B which was already open.

You have to uncheck "Use an already running instance (if possible)" also.
