Double click freezes IDE

Windows XP, mingw 3.4.5, CodeBlocks (last nightly)

Steps to reproduce:

- open project

- click on `Build` tool button

- click on `Build` tool button once else (when IDE freezes after first click - it's just like a double click)

After the first click IDE freezes for some time and then begins to build (and IDE freeze disappears).

After the second click IDE freezes forever.
