scrollbar moves up or down when clicking settings > editor
Using C::B 10.05 on XP on a netbook (resolution 1024x600)
The bug shows itself in the menu of Settings > Editor
whenever I click on the white part on the left or the menu on the right, the scrollbar jumps up or down, it also happens when I want to click an option on the right while I just clicked on the left side.
Note that when your resolution's height is bigger then 600px, no scrollbar appears.
Could:
a. The scrollbar bug get fixed
b. The menu made wider instead of higher. This way the bug is worked around XD

History
(1) I get the same annoying bug even in the pane Settings>Compiler and debugger.
(2) And inside the "Toolchain executables" pane clicking on any of the buttons "[...]" i get multiple vertical scroll annoying oscillations.
Tried with XP SP2 with CB10.05 and nightbuild 6583 at 800x600.
At 1024x768 i get only a small scroll down movement.
