Debugger windows break when Compiz is enabled

When Compiz is enabled on Ubuntu the title bar of debugger windows such as the traceback window are hidden behind the top Gnome panel. It is impossible to move the windows. The problem is also described here: http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,8304.0.html
