notebook color setting

in the Environment settings : Notebooks apperance the color is not changeable if 'Microsoft (tm) Visual Studio 8' is choosen

but it uses the custom colors when set in 'Fancy Gradient' Mode.

Color Setting should be enabled for 'Microsoft (tm) Visual Studio 8' Mode, too
