To-Do List Anomaly

Biplab recently fixed a To-Do List bug (12998) such that the list now displays and refreshes correctly. That was a big help. Thanks!

I still have a couple of questions about what appears to be unexpected behavior:

(1) The User: field (next to the Refresh button) shows <All users> and does not list the actual users in the view. Are the Users supposed to be listed, and perhaps selectable, in the drop down box?

(2) Column headers similar to those in the View window normally sort the displayed list in accordance with entries in the respective column. This would be very handy, but it does not work for me on Windows XP. Is this normal?
