New File creation -> no default code
When creating a new C/C++/H file, the default code in Settings->Editor->Default Code is not entered at the top of the file.

This works in my PC. Using rev 4503 on Windows.

Rev 4512 on windows doesn't work here. When creating a .h file, the guards are present, but nothing else.
