Problem with Cyrillic characters
When I write any cyrillic character(s) in cpp file as programm code (if it is a comment line - all works well) Code::Blocks hangs (70-90% CPU). I have tested this situation today and noticed that sometimes it hangs immediately after first character, sometimes I should write a few. But problem is reproduced each time when I write any cyrillic character and hit ctrl-S to save file.
Also when I try to open such file Code::Blocks hangs in 100% cases. But if I delete the compiler plugin - IDE opens file without any problems.
I hope you can fix this, now Code::Blocks crashes 3-5 times every day for me (I forget to switch keyboard input layot back to English after writting a comment).

I just hit the same problem. I was trying to add an assembler source file with comments in Russian. Every time I open the file in CodeBlocks editor it hangs. If I enclose the contents of the file in C-style comment /* */, the editor opens the file without hanging. For the moment I'm forced to try to work around this bug by putting C-style comments into the assembler file.
I will try to post the contents of the file causing the problem here. The encoding is WINDOWS-1251:
