crash when adding a panel to a wxnotebook

Steps to reproduce:

* Create a frame or dialog

* add a notebook

* add a panel

* add another panel by selecting the panel button and clicking on the notebook

=> debugger is triggered

The bug occurs when switching tabs

Tested with 29th aug 2007 build and 2nd sep 2007 build
