Cant find mingw32-g++.exe

I installed the MinGW and it located it in C:\MinGW folder and all the files it needs. However, it does not seem to find it for some reason. I tryed reinstalling it and it does nothing to it. Running this program on Vista. I got Microsoft Visual studio to work and the lybraries are found normally.

This is the error that i get: "mingw32-g++.exe: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory" This is under build log.
