Cut/Copy/Paste changed to full line
On a new install of Code:Blocks on windows(didn't check any other OS) Cut, copy, and paste defaults to cutting copying and pasting the full line of any line that is highlighted partially or otherwise. I find this breaks with default windows behavior and is unintuitive for first time users(or people reinstalling from scratch)
A quick fix for an installed copy is to reassign the hot key for cut, copy, and paste.
