Open files list per project and target

According to the forum thread at http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,18700.0.html, does someone could write a plugin (if not directly implementable in C::B) to keep track of opened files per project or target, this being optionnal and configurable through check or radio boxes.

This would be useful to, at least, three users (me, scarphin and cacb ; even if he wants more:).
