Segragate code from adminstrative files

Aggrigating different kinds of files in the same directory tree can cause problems when using version control systems.

Please add (or document clearly) how to segragate source code and header files into seperate directory trees, away from adminstrative files like '.cbp', '.ini' and '.layout' files.
