highlighting user-declared classes etc.

I would like to see highlighting for user-declared classes, structures, functions etc. For example, if i declare class 'bit' somewhere in my code, it would be very useful that editor automatically highlights every instance of 'bit' as keyword. This would be very powerful if it could follow local and global includes.
