cursor virtual margin scroll

Sometimes it can be quite anoying to not see what's below (or above) the cursor if the cursor is on the last (or top) line visible in the editor. My suggestion is that the editor prevents the cursor from moving to the X last (or top) visible lines and instead scroll the view. Of course if there is nothing more to scroll the cursor must be able to go all the way down/up but that should not be necessary to say ;)
