more facilities for coding an highlights

It would be great to have more feartures like netbeans, like those to reestructure the code, automatically change a variable's name... also higlight not just judging words but the structure of the code, like another color for local variables, other for global, etc. I know it would decrease the speed os CB but would be great :)...

Thats it, thanks for doing such a great open source tool for developers.
