Help Menu: Add Links to Tracker

It would be helpful if the Bug and Feature Tracker would be linked in the menu entry "Help". If it should not be placed there, these links could be placed (as link) in the About dialogue.

It would be nice if the http://codeblocks.org in the about menu would be a real link, too (at the moment it's just a text).
