Mingw64 support

Hi,

thank you for developping Code Blocks, it's really a great ide.

It'm trying to use it for 64 bits developping, it's look like he can't recognise the Mingw64 compiler (the 32bits version work fine, of course). Can you add the support for this compiler in the next nightly builds ?

I will try to make it fit myself, but I don't really know about code-blocks internal's.
