Editor toolbar

This is somewhat similar to Feature Request 4099 but specifically addresses Editor settings.

A nice feature would be to have another toolbar View->Toolbars->Editor

This toolbar could have buttons for changing some of the key Editor settings such as: Line numbers Show spaces Default encoding Strip trailing blanks etc.
