C and C++ Default

Hi, I like to have C as the default and Cpp not the default, as I mainly work in C. CB doesn't have this feature.

I think this feature is important enough to be included in CB, as this is a professional feature, and a stream-lined approach to things.

So far so good. This is the 3rd time I have been back to have a look at CB, and so far I'm impressed. Using a nightly build, too.
