Middle-Drag Scrolling
In many text-displaying programs (for instance: Notepad, Firefox, and Visual Studio), it is possible to scroll by either dragging with the middle mouse button, or by middle-clicking and then moving (and middle-click again to stop). I usually find this preferable to scrolling the mouse wheel, and I would like to have the same behavior in C::B.

Code::Blocks is a multi-platform IDE, with support for X11. AFAIK middle-click in X11 does NOT scroll, instead it is almost universally implemented as a paste operation (with highlighting text being the complementing copy action). I'm not sure whether this would be able to be universally implemented.
