Allow Redefining Key Combo For (Un)Inden

Many keyboard shortcuts can be set/unset/changed, but there doesn't appear to be any way to redefine the key combo for "Indent Block" or "Unindent Block" (currently hard-coded to "Tab" and "Shift-Tab", respectively. I much prefer using "Ctrl-." and "Ctrl-," for that purpose, and would like to be able to set it that way.
