bars positions check

i have by mistake put some additional bar at the top..it has inserted between two other bars. there was not enough space on screen to fit all bars, so the last one was positioned OUT OF SCREEN. and there was no possibility to get it back.

i've had manually edited config files so it get back at place, but it would be nice if there was some position checking or just button to reset tab position or something..
