More functions in Symbol window

Hello First I would like to say that Your IDE is great, and thank for such a tool.

I think that it would be nice to have more functionality in the Symbol window. Those are my thoughts: 1. changing visibility scope and name for class attributes; 2. changing whole declaration of class methods and global functions; 3. drag&drop of attributes and methods between class symbols 4. refactoring of class name;
