Per-Workspace Keyboard Bindings

I like to use code::blocks to edit applications other than C++ (php scripts projects, squirrel scripts projects) and these obviously don't make use of the compilers usually bound in C::B.

Being able to override those bindings, ie. F9 executes the application that uses the php or squirrel scripts being edited instead of the compiler.

I also need to keep my bindings to the complier for the workspaces that do use C++.

So a method to define keyboard shortcuts that get changed with each loaded project would be incredibly helpful and hopefully easy enough to do.
