"Add custom control" option for wxSmith

Add an Add custom control option in the wxSmith menu, then allow the user to pick a tool page, icon, header file, parent class (like wxButton for wxBitmapButton), constructor, events and properties for the control. You could initialize the constructor, events and properties based on those of the parent control.
